We provide plumbing installations, heating service, pipe repairs, and building technology in accordance with the applicable Austrian standards (ÖNORM). The exact scope is recorded in writing in the offer. Subsequent changes require a separate agreement.

The customer ensures that the construction site is accessible and that all necessary permits are available. For older buildings, the customer must disclose any known damage or peculiarities of the pipe routing. Unreported defects may lead to additional costs.

We are liable for defects in our work in accordance with legal provisions. The warranty period is three years from acceptance. Excluded is liability for damages caused by improper use, force majeure, or third-party interference. Liability for indirect damages is limited to the order value.

Invoicing occurs after service provision. Payments are due net within 14 days. In case of default, we reserve the right to charge default interest at a rate of 9.2% p.a. as well as reminder fees. Cash payment on site is possible by agreement.

Firmly scheduled appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. For later cancellations, we charge 50% of the estimated order value. In the event of repeated missed appointments without cancellation, we reserve the right to terminate the order.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. The current version is available on our website. In the event of significant changes, we will inform customers by email. If the customer does not object within four weeks, the new terms are deemed accepted.
