After a free on-site inspection, we create a detailed schedule. The renovation itself takes place in defined stages: demolition, rough-in installation, tiling work, installation of sanitary objects, and final fine-tuning. Depending on the scope, a complete renovation takes between 5 and 10 working days.
Yes, we offer annual maintenance contracts for gas and oil heating systems as well as heat pumps. This includes cleaning the combustion chamber, checking exhaust values, functional testing of all control components, and a final inspection report. We schedule appointments flexibly according to your wishes.
The costs depend on the exact damage and the availability of the required spare parts. A seal replacement for a toilet leak usually costs between 80 and 150 euros including travel time and labor. Larger repairs, such as replacing the flush tank, range from 200 to 350 euros. You will receive a binding cost estimate before each assignment.
Yes, for acute emergencies such as pipe bursts, clogged drains, or defective heating systems, we have a 24-hour emergency service. Availability applies on working days from 5:00 PM as well as on weekends and public holidays. The emergency flat rate is 120 euros, plus labor and any necessary materials.
Of course. We offer a non-binding initial consultation for 60 euros. During this, we discuss your wishes, inspect the local conditions, and give you an initial assessment of feasibility and cost range. If you place an order later, the consultation fee will be deducted.
You can pay by bank transfer, cash, or EC card. We issue invoices after the work is completed. For larger projects, a down payment of 30% of the order value is customary; the remaining amount is due upon completion.
